In-Town Moves

For local moves in Baltimore, the greater metro area, or within 120 minutes of zip code 21244, we charge by the hour. Here’s what you need to know:

Pre-Purchased Time: You purchase our time in advance. The minimum time is 2 hours, and we prorate to the half-hour after that.
Estimates Made Easy: Use our basic time calculator to estimate how long your move will take. During your consultation call, we’ll confirm the details to ensure the time selected is appropriate for the size and scope of your move.
Truck Rentals: You handle truck rental through a provider of your choice (e.g., Budget, U-Haul, Enterprise). We meet you at the load address and drive ourselves to the unload address.

Time Tracking

Loading Only: The clock starts when we begin loading at the load address and stops when the last item is loaded or when your pre-purchased time runs out, whichever comes first.
Unloading Only: The clock starts when we begin unloading at the unload address and stops when the last item is placed or when your pre-purchased time runs out, whichever comes first.
Loading & Unloading: The clock starts when we arrive at the load address and stops once everything is unloaded at the unload address or when your pre-purchased time runs out, whichever comes first.

Out-of-Town Moves

For moves outside our local service area, we don’t charge by the hour. Instead, we provide a clear, customized quote for the entire job. This allows us to account for the logistics, travel, and labor involved in your long-distance move.
