Jay and his team went above and beyond in every way to help us move from a four story townhome to a one level condo. This was a difficult move, with stages of packing and moving many large items (antique piano and a huge tall-case clock among many other heavy and fragile items) from the townhome, to a storage unit and then to the condo, in a process that took about six weeks. Jay and his team helped plan and execute the move perfectly. The level of friendly, patient customer service Jay delivered is second to none. It's hard to know what to say, except that the movers at Smart Move are top notch! I've used movers to move between four homes (out of state), and I wish I had been able to use them. They moved my son between apartments and they were on time, fast, friendly and courteous finishing the job on-time. Like I said, its hard to know what to say, except that I believe you will be pleased with their service and professionalism.

Jarrell & his team were incredible to work with. They showed up on time and were super prepared with tons of equipment that help make our move pretty effortless. They didn't hesitate to help us button up some last minute packing and wrap/protect all of our more valuable furniture before beginning to move anything. They took inventory of everything along the way so they could pack the truck as efficiently and tightly as possible to protect items from moving around in transit. Then during the unload process they were fast and super accommodating in terms of what went where even though we were slightly unprepared with those notes on our end. All around really wonderful experience and would highly recommend these guys. True professionals and worth every penny to help make a naturally stressful day very manageable and smooth.

Affordable price, excellent customer service. Professional and courteous communication. Very friendly and personable. I spent a good amount of time talking with other companies and ended up going with them and did not regret it. They are also very flexible. Kept having weather issues and they worked around it. Last thing is they are efficient and work quickly. They also constantly sent picture updates of their organization of what was going in the truck so you saw how they were maximizing the space. I know I will be moving again in the future and will use their service again.
